Galileo Reference High Accuracy Service User Algorithm and User Terminal

Description

The purpose of the present tender is to develop a Galileo Reference High Accuracy Service (HAS) Precise Point Positioning User Algorithm and a Galileo HAS User Terminal (UT) capable of tracking Galileo and GPS signals, retrieving the HAS corrections and generating a precise solution based on the Galileo Reference HAS User Algorithm. The contractor shall develop and deliver Galileo Reference High Accuracy Service User Algorithm and design, develop and deliver 5 (five) units of tested and validated Galileo HAS User Terminal prototypes that by implementing the Galileo Reference HAS User Algorithm developed in the frame of this contract would process high accuracy corrections delivered through the Galileo E6 channel; The activities under the contract shall include: • Development of a Galileo Reference HAS User Algorithm which must demonstrate the HAS user performance, generating a high accuracy PVT solution, as provided in the technical specifications. The Algorithm shall enable the link between the GNSS observables and the HAS corrections. The corrections shall be applied for a PVT process, which shall achieve the target positioning performance of the high accuracy service. • design, development and validation of a Galileo High Accuracy Service UT that shall be at least TRL 7; • engineering support activities (including project dissemination activities) to the European GNSS Agency related to the Galileo HAS user implementation, which will make use of the Algorithm and User Terminal procured under this contract. The contract shall include 2 (two) years warranty for the Galileo HAS User Terminal (UT).
