The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the award of a single supplier framework contract (the “Framework Contract”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (“the Goods”). In summary, the Goods and related Services comprise: . the supply of tyres and related products for cars, vans, 4x4s, light commercial trucks, heavy goods vehicles, agricultural vehicles, minibuses, forklifts and ride-on lawnmowers. . the provision of various services relating to the fitting and repair of tyres both at the supplier’s premises, at other premises, and at roadsides Lot 1: Single-Supplier Framework for the Supply of Vehicle Tyres & Related Services The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform issued a request for tenders as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients. The Office of Government Procurement is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
