To Establish a Single Party Framework for Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy & Associated Services including the role of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Planning and Environmental Consultants to provide Planning and Engineering Design Services for: The Initial project for Kinsealy Walking & Cycling Routes (Phases 2-4 as per the National Transport Authority's Project Approval Guidelines) which will include but is not limited to the Route Options Selection, Preliminary Design and Environmental Evaluation, and Statutory Process.
