Screens and Screen Handling

Description

The objective of this tender is select suppliers to supply & install screens and screen handling materials, supply spares, provide screens for hire and screens services and maintenance. The tender is divided in 8 lots, these are considered separate services and Tenderers can tender for one or multiple services. Lots 1-5 look at the whole life cost for the new supply of screens. Lot 6 is the supply of spares for legacy assets. Lot 7 requires suppliers to provide screens for hire. Lot 8 is the maintenance of screens and screenings handling assets. Lot 1: Supply & Installation of Combined Screens (Spiral Compactor) The project management, supply, delivery and offloading, installation and commissioning, provision of documentation, signage and spares of Combined Screens (Spiral/Compaction type as defined by WIMES 5.03) @ 3mm and 6mm 2D and ancillary equipment. Lot 2: Supply & Installation of Combined Screens (Bandscreen Compactor) The project management, supply, delivery and offloading, installation and commissioning, provision of documentation, signage and spares of Combined (Bandscreen/Compactor type as defined by WIMES 5.03) and ancillary equipment. Lot 3: Supply & Installation of Finescreens (including Escalator screens) The project management, supply, delivery and offloading, installation and commissioning, provision of documentation, signage and spares of Finescreens (as defined by WIMES 5.03) and ancillary equipment. Lot 4: Supply & Installation of Bandscreens The project management, supply, delivery and offloading, installation and commissioning, provision of documentation, signage and spares of Bandscreens (In-to-out and out-to-in type as defined by WIMES 5.03) and ancillary equipment. Lot 5: Supply & Installation of Screen Handing equipment The project management, supply, delivery and offloading, installation and commissioning, provision of documentation, signage and spares of Screenings Handling Equipment (Washer Compactor type with launder feed as defined by WIMES 6.03) and ancillary equipment. Lot 6: Supply of Spares Provision of Spares for Screens and Screenings Handling assets, including but not limited to spares for Fine Screens, Coarse Screens, River Intake Screens, Overflow Screens and Screenings Handling. Lot 7: Hire of Screens and Screenings Handling Hire of Screens and Screenings Handling including Fine Screens, Coarse Screens, River Intake Screens, Overflow Screens, Screenings Handling and Containerised Screen Units. Lot 8: Specialist maintenance of Screens and Screenings Handling Specialist maintenance of screens and screenings handling equipment.
