Description

Undertaking the clearing of weed and other debris from weed screens located on watercourses throughout the East Riding Council’s area. This may involve out of hours call out during exceptional rainfall events. Maintaining penstocks and flow control devices on lagoons/reservoirs constructed as part of the major flood reduction schemes. Undertaking maintenance works/repairs on weed screens and associated structures (Fences, Gates, accesses, etc.). The provision of carting material to tip, including disposal of contaminated material in accordance with the current legislation.
