Pathways Support Workers will identify the root cause(s) of offending, refer to prescriptive interventions while addressing underlying vulnerabilities and/or issues with appropriate partner agencies. • Aims/objectives: • Ensure offenders face consequences. • Reduce repeat offending. • Improve detection rates. • Reduce the number of victims. Improve the quality of service for victims whilst increasing engagement and participation in the OoCD process. Improve the sense of community wellbeing through reducing the fear of crime. The contract duration would initially be 3 years from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2024 with the possible option to extend by 12 months plus 12 months subject to suitability and funding provision.
