Vigo IKS needs to enter into a service contract for licence consultancy services, hire, procurement, and maintenance of licences and software for the following: Group 1: Licence administration of Microsoft licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. Group 2: Licence administration of Qlik licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. Group 3: Licence administration of Amazon licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. Group 4: Licence administration of Google licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. The aim of the procurement is to get licence consultancy services, reduce procurement costs and ensure checks on licensed software. See the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups The contracting authority has considered splitting up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and has decided that, for this type of procurement, it is suitable to split it up into groups. Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or more groups. Alternative tenders cannot be submitted. Group 1: Licence administration of Microsoft licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. Group 2: Licence administration of Qlik licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. Group 3: Licence administration of Amazon licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. Group 4: Licence administration of Google licences with licence reviews, assistance with changes, as well as other natural assignments connected to licence administration. The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender. Contract The contract shall be governed by the attached contract documentation, with the accompanying standard contractual terms. The tenderer(s) will take over the licence administration as agreed, the same applies to the contract. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that an agreement can be signed if awarded.
