Provision of On-bus Technology Subject Matter Expert Services

Description

The NTA requires a Service Provider who is experienced in the operation and maintenance of On-bus Technology on buses. On-bus Technology is defined in the Defined Terms section. The Service Provider shall act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in On-bus Technology and will be responsible for the following activities on behalf of the NTA: • Supporting On-bus Technology operation and maintenance; • Bus commissioning and acceptance testing; • Providing technical guidance / documentation in On-bus Technology to other Third Party Service Providers; • Managing and implementing proof of concepts (POC); • Providing quality control services on other third parties deliverables; and • Spares management for NTA-owned equipment. The estimated contract value is €1.5m however the Authority reserves the right to expend €2m.
