Description

Valleys to Coast is inviting tenders for the delivery of bathroom and kitchen works across its housing stock within the Bridgend County Borough. The contract will be awarded to, two contractors who will have an area of Bridgend each and an accompanying list of properties. Both contractors will deliver planned works with an element of reactive works.  The Contract will be let as a JCT Measured Term Contract 2024, for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year.
