Re-Roofs Hull City Council 2026 - 2028

Description

KWL are seeking Sub-contractor to carry out Roof Replacement Works to Hull City Council's Domestic Properties. It is expected that work will commence in November 2026 with works expected to be completed by April 2028. The works will cover re-roofing works to approximately 245 Properties As part of the Scheme of Works there are also requirements for additional sub-contractors for the provision of Flat Roofs, Shed Refurbishments, Relocation of Aerials and Satellites and Scaffolding. The available work packages will be awarded in Lots, as follows Lot 1 - Pitch Roofing Lot 2 - Flat Roofing Lot 3 - Building - Shed Refurbishment Lot 4 - Aerial and Satellite Relocation Lot 5 - Scaffolding
