Open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for joinery, carpentry, and flashing and guttering work

Description

The contracting authority will enter into 4-8 parallel framework agreements for joinery. carpentry, and flashing and guttering work. The framework agreement applies to improvement work, planned maintenance work and smaller renovation projects that the contracting authority will undertake in the contract period. The framework agreement is limited to minor work. The chosen tenderers will be awarded a permanent portfolio after the contract has been signed. The framework agreement is limited to the Oslobygg's properties in Oslo and the surrounding area. The framework agreement generally doesn't include work in projects where the work is carried out as part of a large partial renovation or total renovation project. The contracting authority reserves the right to use the framework agreement in such projects where this is appropriate. The framework agreement has a total estimated value, including options, of NOK 400 million to NOK 500 million.
