The model moves away from high<br/>volume individual referral seeking and <br/>instead prioritises developing employer<br/>centred referral pathways through <br/>dedicated relationship management. It <br/>also introduces sustainable workplace <br/>culture change through Wellbeing Drop<br/>Ins and Social Prescribing Champions <br/>developed and embedded in workplaces. <br/>This approach aligns with the updated <br/>programme aim of supporting people in <br/>employment to remain in work and <br/>enables long-term impact within <br/>organisations. Lot 1: This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>Contract Period: 01/07/2026 - 31/06/2026<br/>Contract Value: £314,204. Additional information: The Health and Growth Workforce <br/>Accelerator is an NHS-backed pilot <br/>initiative that provides integrated health <br/>and employment support. It is designed <br/>to help people with health conditions stay <br/>in work, return to work after illness, or <br/>enter the workforce. The confirmation of <br/>funding and the timescales within which <br/>to procure the services was insufficient to <br/>allow for a procurement process. These <br/>factors were outside of the control of the <br/>contracting authority.
