Description

Design works for campus redevelopment project at UHI Outer Hebrides, RIBA stages 3 -6 Lews Castle College (LCC), trading as UHI Outer Hebrides is seeking to engage professional services support for a GPB 2million campus redevelopment project funded through the Islands Growth Deal. The business case for the project is progressing through the Government’s Green Book Business Case process1 and is currently at the approved Outline Business Case stage. Project work has developed in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 and presently Stage 2 Concept Design has been completed. The Stage 2 Report shall be available for consultation to support further stages. This package of work involves the detailed design and delivery services (RIBA Stage 3-6) as described in Section 2 of this Brief.
