Description
Border to Coast intends to appoint a partner organisation to support core capabilities necessary to manage its existing infrastructure and achieve its future ICT objectives. This includes the oversight of the existing infrastructure and provision of corporate ICT solutions to enable Border to Coast to operate its core business using latest technologies deployed in a modern and flexible environment. The ICT Managed Service will manage and oversee the cloud based collaborative platform to allow Border to Coast to manage and deliver its investment portfolio effectively and securely. This will include hardware, infrastructure,communications, service support, cyber and data resilience capabilities. Border to Coast currently operates on a single site with circa. 180 users, and has adopted standard Microsoft 365 solutions, with additional Business Central (Finance), CRM and Data modules deployed across the business. Estimated Dates below: Invitation to Tender published via the Portal 15th September Supplier Clarification Window 15th September - 30th September Suppliers responses deadline Midday 6th October Stage 1 – Evaluation and Notification to all Suppliers 13th October Scoring and Moderation of Down-selected Suppliers 13th October - 31st October Clarification Meetings (at Border to Coast office) and Due Diligence On-site Visits (where required) (down-selected Suppliers only) w/c 10th November - 20th November Final Moderation 21st November Successful Supplier identified subject to satisfactory completion of DDQ Part B and contract approval 26th November Standstill Period 26th November - 8th December Anticipated Contract Start Date May 2026 Keywords: IT Managed Service Provider, LGPS
