Design and construction of 14 new build affordable dwellings at Buchanan Crescent, Croftamie Lot 1: This is a Single Stage procurement; tenders are invited from all interested bidders. The procurement comprises: Exclusion and Selection (pass/fail) -SPD (Scotland) Award (scored and weighted) -Quality Assessment -Price submission -Interview The preferred contractor will be selected from those that pass the selection and exclusion criteria on the basis of best overall score in the award criteria.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
