Additional Works under the Pensarn Civils Contract

Description

Lot 1: The contracting authority requires additional works and services not included in the initial scope of the contract to be provided. These compromise mainly preliminaries type items including site supervision at the site on which the works under the contract are to be undertaken. To minimise disruption and to ensure the necessary works are completed alongside the existing works under the Contract the contracting authority wishes to have them carried out by the Contractor under the Contract The contracting authority considers that the modifications to the Contract is permitted by Regulations 72(1)(b) and 72(1)(c) of The Public Contract Regulations 2015
