Description

This contract is for the restoration of a 316-hectare area of blanket bog at Wemyss & March Estate in the Scottish Borders. The area comprises two separate subsites on two neighbouring farms; Chapelhope & Winterhopeburn. Both farms are managed mainly for livestock grazing. Timing of the groundworks will be constrained by the bird nesting season, therefore, delivery of works is likely to be between September-March.
