Kilden, Sørlandet’s Teater og Konserthus [Performing Arts Centre], is one of the country’s largest cultural institutions. Kilden’s organisational model represents a whole new cultural operational concept, only the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet resemble. Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera and Kilden Arts (the arts centre operation for Kristiansand kommune) is combined in a collective organisation. As a major producer and supplier of various art and cultural experiences in Agder, there is a need for different goods and services connected to our daily activities, i.a. Production technology scene equipment. In order to meet all the needs of such a field, relevant tenderers with sufficient capacity and competence are invited to deliver tender offers on the contract 23LYS2-K Lighting Equipment, Kilden. The Contracting Authority plans to procure 12 spotlights for our Concert Auditorium. Associated clamps and safety cables shall also be delivered. Prices provided for the spotlights in the price form shall include this. It is also desirable to have an option on a flight case(es) for 2 spotlights. This shall also be priced and be included in the evaluation of the tender offer price. The Contracting Authority retains the right that not all of the spotlights will be purchased in 2018. Some of the planned purchasing of spotlights can be shifted to 2019. The Contracting Authority plans to procure ten spotlights for our Theatre and Opera Auditorium. Clamps and safety cables shall also be delivered. Prices provided for the spotlights shall include this. It is also desirable to have an option on flight cases for 2 spotlights. This shall also be priced and be included in the evaluation of the tender offer price. The Contracting Authority retains the right to not purchase all ten of the spotlights in 2018. Parts of the planned purchase can be shifted to 2019. The Contracting Authority plans to procure 26 “washers” for our Theatre and Opera Auditorium. Clamps and safety cables shall also be delivered. Prices given shall include this. The Contracting Authority also wants flight cases for 6 washers. This shall also be priced and be included in the evaluation of the tender offer price. The Contracting Authority retains the right to not purchase all 26 washers in 2018. Parts of the planned purchase of washers can be shifted to 2019.
