Internal refurbishment and remodelling of the building structure to form multi-functional teaching spaces. - The scope of works is currently being developed and may expand/decrease at time of tender issue. Lot 1: Internal refurbishment and remodelling of the structure to form multi-functional teaching spaces. Works will include but not exclusive to the following - Replace the roof; Replace external windows and external doors; Upgrade the exterior walls; Replace the heating and ventilation systems; Rewire of school electrics; Upgrade of toilets and inclusion of accessible toilets; Interior redecoration; and Upgrade of the blaes pitch..
