Gross area: approx. 2 000 m2 The technical infrastructure will be established to the multi-user's foundation wall The site will be levelled up to 300 mm below the finished floor height. The hill where the construction site is located is approx. 25 km south of the central areas of Levanger, approx. 20 km north of Stjørdal. The site is located just beside an artificial grass football pitch, a primary and comprehensive school and a Nursery school. The tenderers must comply with the following selection criteria in order to participate in the tender contest: 1) The tenderers must refer to minimum 3 development projects with a minimum area of 2 000 m2 executed after 2010, Selection criterion weighting: 60 %; 2) The architect must refer a design of minimum one multi-user hall of equivalent size, after 2010, Selection criterion weighting: 40 %.
