Description

Preparation of a construction plan, tender documentation for the contract, land acquisition drawings and a cost estimate for infrastructure measures for a new residential area at Ingeberg. Changes to the area development plan due to the addition of a culvert, with changes to adjoining areas and the accompanying solution for pedestrians and bicyclists. The foot and cycle path (o_SGS9) is to be altered so that it runs along the foot of the filling against border B17. (The foot and cycle path will be on the terrain). Engineering design services for roads, water and sewage for a new residential area in Ingeberg. The details are in the Annex. Engineering design services for a pedestrian culvert under county road 1796 Gåsbuvegen. Main quantities: Environment street county road 1796 Gåsbuvegen with a foot and cycle path of approx. 250 m and planting in Gåsbuvegen (environmental measure in other road ground). County road 1802 Imerslundmarka with a foot and cycle path of approx. 650 m. Culvert under Gåsbuvegen. Foot and cycle paths, approx. 900 m. Footpath, approx. 1 300m. Central play area, approx. 15 decares. Noise reduction measures on one block and three residential houses. Municipal water and sewage pipelines within the area plan, approx. 1 250 m. Increasing capacity on the waste water pipeline from Ingeberg to Hveberg, approx. 2 600 m. Prefabricated pump station for waste water with a superstructure.
