The scope of this tender is to design, build, deliver and implement a system for the management of notifications to the Contracting Authority by food business operators of the placing on the market of food supplements and foods for specific groups; to train specified Contracting Authority staff in its use; and to provide four year’s support and maintenance services to the Contracting Authority for this system.
