Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) is looking for a Service Provider to provide the following services: • Annual lightning protection servicing repairs • Annual mansafe servicing • Electronic service records • Remedial repairs that arise from the servicing • Lightning protection risk assessments on buildings (optional) Please note: Rooftop may wish to appoint more than one Service Provider for these services. Further details on the opportunity on how to apply and the process can be found in the RFQ documents below. The anticipated start of the contract is June 2024. Contract term is 5 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years. Bidders are requested to register their interest to: procurement@rooftopgroup.org to ensure that any clarification questions or amendments can be shared will all interested parties.
