Udbud af rammeaftale om IT-konsulentydelser til support, vedligeholdelse og videreudvikling af Femern A/S’ Document Management System, jf. den nærmere beskrivelse under pkt. II.2.4). Følgende særlige ydelser forventes at blive indkøbt under Rammeaftalen: - Support: - - Support ved driftnedbrud; - - Support til løsning af fejl og problemer. - Vedligehold: - Sikkerhedspatchning; - Opgradering til nye versioner; - Performance- og søgeoptimering; - Bistand i forbindelse med indkøb af licenser. - Videreudvikling: - Bistand i forbindelse med indkøb og implementering af nye standardmoduler (GoApps), - Udvikling af specifik funktionalitet i SharePoint og GetOrganized, - Udvikling af mindre ændringsønsker.
