Minor Works (M&E)

Description

The initial 3 year framework will enable award of minor works contracts for projects for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works; each call-off contract will have a value up to £250k (including VAT). This Minor Works M&E framework will enable the Bank's Property Team to deliver the Fast Track work packages (i.e. projects) required, increasing the speed of delivery and improving resource efficiency. For the duration of the framework agreement, there is no minimum spend commitment from the Bank. Quotations will be received for all proposed projects; the Bank will review each quotation against the framework to ensure value for money. The framework will primarily cover sites in central London and Debden, with the option of extending Services to other Bank locations within the UK, as required.
