Description

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract with a supplier of AV equipment to the New Munch Museum. The following equipment will be included in the delivery: — top system for AV control, — AV via IP infrastructure, — recording system and streaming, — digital signs, including software and hardware for content production/distribution, — AV equipment for various meeting room functionalities, — AV equipment, cinema and multi-purpose auditorium, including stagecraft services, — fixed and digital, wireless telecommunication loop, — mobile equipment base for flexible stage rigging and installations, — display unit for audio guide, — tablets for digital production, — other various AV systems. Refer to Annex B6, the service and maintenance contract. The enclosed contract shall be priced as part of the tender, but will be subject to reviews and adaptations after the phase for detailed engineering design is completed. Services shall be entered per year and listed in Annex B6. The objective of the procurement is to engage a supplier of AV equipment to the New Munch Museum. The New Munch Museum must be a clearly profiled cultural institution of high quality, and it must be a leader in the development of the modern museum. The New Munch Museum has a vision of communicating Edvard Munch's art, life and work to the general public by using future-oriented solutions.
