The provision of NEC Supervisor and Clerk of Works (Building/ Civil/ Structural/ External Works Clerk of Works (CoW) and Building Engineering Services COW) Consultancy to contribute to the overall project compliance and quality, through the provision of the activities highlighted in Appendix A3 - Scope of Services for the Passivhaus (Energy Efficiency) New Build Project Dunlop Early Childhood Centre, Dunlop project on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
