Cadent are looking for a provider/s of the below Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services: OH Physician Consultations Physiotherapy and Muscular-Skeletal Management Services Psychological services including crisis and trauma support Drug and alcohol testing supplier Lot 1: Cadent are looking for occupational health physician consultation support. The provider must be able to provide telephone and face to face consultations with qualified and experienced OHPs The service should include the following: Robust and practical occupational health case management advice which is evidence based with clear reports Expert Health surveillance advice including:  Ability to perform Hand Arm Vibration(HAVS) tier 4 assessments face to face across our network Noise Induced Hearing assessment Respiratory and COSHH guidance Lot 2: Cadent require a physiotherapy provider who take a preventative approach to manage muscular-skeletal injuries within the workplace. The service will demonstrate a return on investment and work to restore functional performance in the workplace. They will be able to provide training, physiotherapy and advice on management of conditions Lot 3: A service that provides proactive support to help employees improve and manage their mental health so that they can thrive at work. Providing both proactive self care and talking therapies, to include crisis and trauma support Lot 4: A service that provides drug and alcohol testing, with a 2 hour call out, for all Cadent employees if needed, including those working remotely.
