Architectural and related services

Description

It is the intention of Galway County Council to setup a Framework of suitably qualified Architect for inclusion to bid for works such as Scheme Houses, Single Rurals, Extensions and other works as deemed necessary by Galway County Council. The Lifetime of the Framework will coincide with the Housing Strategy 2020 and as set out in the attached Documents. Services will be allocated in two (2) lots: Lot 1 = services less than 1 000 000 EUR; Lot 2 = services greater than 1 000 000 EUR. Services in this lot will involve the construction of Single Rural Houses, Extensions, Energy Efficiency Services and other services that the Council may deem necessary. Services in this lot will involve the construction of Scheme Houses and larger developments and other services that the Council may deem necessary.
