Maintenance and service plan for AMES III simulator

Description

Entry into a maintenance agreement for the RF simulator system AMES III from Northrop Grumman International Trading, Inc., which is used on platforms belonging to the Norwegian Armed Forces [Forsvaret]. Lot 1: Entry into a maintenance agreement for the RF simulator system AMES III from Northrop Grumman International Trading, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as NGIT), which is used on platforms belonging to the Norwegian Armed Forces [Forsvaret]. This is an outgoing system, but it requires continuous maintenance and ongoing repair. Therefore, a framework agreement has been signed with NGIT as the manufacturer of the system and the only known source of maintenance for its systems and materials. The contract period is 3 years The agreement is being signed with one tenderer for maintenance and production of its own materials and software for the RF simulator system AMES III. No permits have been issued and no supplier other than the manufacturer has been granted the ability to perform maintenance on the simulators.
