SKDC-1629 Leisure Centre changing rooms upgrade

Description

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works in respect of an upgrade to Leisure Facilities. Estimated total budget of £500k split as follows: *Grantham Meres Leisure Centre £200k *Bourne Leisure Centre £100k *Stamford Leisure Pool £100k *South Kesteven Sports Stadium £100k Selective refurbishment works of male and female changing area including, but not limited to: • Lighting and suspended ceiling replacement • Localised M&E reinstatements • Whiterock wall lining to selective areas • Limited cubicle and vanity replacements • Replacement of entrance doors and M&E service cupboard doors • Selective installation of roller shutter doors • Ancillary ceiling works • Installation of new flooring to corridor and locker rooms All works in accordance with current Building Regulations and British Standards. ## Contract award Title: SKDC-1629 Leisure Centre changing rooms upgrade
