AV has traditionally been an area that has proven challenging to manage on an on-going basis. Our AV environments are continually under review and under constant refresh cycles due to our size and business growth. Repeated and lengthy tendering processes for small to large AV activities cause delays to work that aligns to key dates for both new buildings, hubs and core academic calendar events. Repeated and lengthy tendering processes for small to large AV activities cause delays to work that aligns to key dates for both new buildings, hubs and core academic calendar events. Coventry University therefore wishes to undertake a formal procurement for the following items: To award a contract with a single supplier for the ongoing maintenance of all audio-visual systems. Including 'remote call home' capabilities for fix and resolution. Architect-as-a Service and strategic roadmap guidance and steering. To award a single supplier for the supply and installation of new audio-visual systems to support the on-going replacement / upgrades of older audio-visual installations, plus any new requirements that the University may have
