2022/4335 Framework agreement, sprinkler installations

Description

The procurement is for a framework agreement for the inspection, maintenance and repair of sprinkler installations in Alver Municipality's properties. The contract will also include any new buildings or facilities acquired by the municipality during the contract period. Lot 1: The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for statutory inspections/FG-inspections, independent inspections/3rd party inspections, service, maintenance, repairs, expansions of and upgrades to sprinkler installations in all buildings with sprinkler installations. In addition there will be some independent inspections of new buildings/installations. The contract is intended to cover the building owner's duties with regard to fire protection at any given moment pursuant to current building and fire regulations and associated guidelines. Any known future changes to these will form the basis of the contract. The maximum contract value for the entire framework agreement period is NOK 10,000,000 (excluding VAT).
