The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) held an Early Market Engagement (EME) event for the WISH Dividend programme on Thursday 7th July 2022 and this PQQ is for the sole purpose of sharing relevant documents and pre-procurement messaging. Once you have registered on this PQQ, you will have access to pre-procurement documents and messages. Non attendance at the EME previously held will not impact the bidders opportunity to participate in the tender process and a further EME will be held towards the end of 2022/early 2023. FCDO will use this PQQ as the primary method of communicating with the market on this opportunity.
