Homes England in partnership with the Thames Estuary Growth Board is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team to undertake a primarily spatial study to analyse the Thames Estuary Growth Commission 2018 target assumptions underpinning the proposed level of growth needed to 2050.\r \r It is envisaged that the core services required include the following expertise:\r • Strategic Planning\r • Infrastructure (including transport planning), procurement, capacity and loading calculations\r • Stakeholder engagement\r • Land and property analysis, including valuation, viability and compulsory purchase expertise\r • Economic modelling\r • Strategic Environmental Assessment and Appropriate Assessment\r • Sustainability\r • Project Management and Delivery
