Description
CE wishes to select a contractor (“the Contractor”), to carry out piling (“the Works”) on the Pensarn site (“the Site”) as described in the Contract Documents. CE is the main contractor for the development of the Site so the Contractor will technically be a subcontractor. However, as the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design 2016 is the form of contract being used for the Works, for consistency we have referred to the contractor for the Works being procured as “the Contractor” in this ITT, the procurement documents, and the Contract Documents.
