Statsbygg requests, in connection with project: No 1022601 Project name: NTNU and SiT — Elgeseter gate 10 Tenders for main builder’s representative service (Norwegian abbreviation: BHO) and builder’s technical representative services (Norwegian abbreviation: TBHO). The existing building in Elgeseter gt. 10 must be demolished and a new building must be constructed in six floors above the terrain and two floors below the terrain. The building is designed for a capacity of 2 000 students and 200 employees. The gross floor area is approx. 13 000 m2. An integrated sports and welfare building of approx. 5 900 m2 gross floor area for the Student Welfare Organisation in Trondheim shall also be constructed. The total gross area for the project is approx 18 900 m2. Facing north the site borders to Olav Kyrres gt, which is the main access street to St Olav Hospital. Facing east the site borders to Elgeseter gt., which is Trondheim's main street in the north-south direction. An approved zoning plan (2011) for the measure is available. The building must comprise teaching rooms for educations at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, sports functions for the Student Welfare Organisation in Trondheim and common functions such as canteen and bicycle parking. The area is divided between 31 % for the Student Welfare Organisation in Trondheim and 69 % for NTNU. Statsbygg shall establish a builder's management team containing: two project managers from Statsbygg, professional resources and Statsbygg's operations in Trondheim. Hired resources: builder's representative services, builder's technical representative services (TBHO) and Safety, health and work environment coordinator services (KU).
