Description

Supply, delivery and installation of commercial catering equipment which shall include, prime cooking equipment, warewashing equipment, refrigeration equipment and heated, ambient and refrigerated display Lot 1: Prime Cooking Equipment This lot will provide a mechanism to procure prime cooking equipment include but not limited to regeneration equipment, fryers and ovens Lot 3: Refrigeration Equipment This lot will provide a mechanism to procure refrigeration equipment include but not limited to fridges, freezers and blast chillers. Lot 4: Heated, Ambient and Refrigeration Display This lot will provide a mechanism to procure heated, ambient and refrigeration display equipment include but not limited to hot holding equipment, ambient display equipment and chilled display equipment. Lot 2: Warewashing Equipment This lot will provide a mechanism to procure warewashing equipment include but not limited to various types of dishwasher.
