The CSO wishes to engage with suitable service providers to discuss options/functionality etc. in relation to the provision of an all in one, robust, omni-channel helpdesk/contact centre to facilitate citizens engagement with the Census 2027. The solution will facilitate the CSO in capturing Census queries and responding effectively to these via the use of appropriate market technologies.
