Housing Capital Projects 2026-30 - Internal works to Houses

Aberdeen City Council (The Client) intends to establish a “Internal Works to Houses Framework”. It is the intention that a maximum of three pre-qualified and ranked contractors will be appointed to this Framework. The call-off projects under this Framework may incorporate: (i) provision of pre-construction services; (ii) provision of works and post-construction services. The initial period for this framework is to be two years, with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months each. The Services and Works to be carried out under this contract are intended to encompass the planned maintenance and modernisation of the Council’s housing property assets.
