Town & Country Housing Group (TCHG) is looking to procure a service charge management system to reduce the administrative burden of processing and creating service charge estimates and actuals. TCHG recovers service charges from approximately 8,000 residents across the South East. TCHG is looking to appoint a service provider who will provide the required software and will work with its Service Charge Improvement Project team to implement the new system. This will include integration with the existing Financial Management System (FMS) and other relevant systems that hold property data and financial information. The service charge management system will need to be capable of performing service charge calculations and apportionments to increase effective budget monitoring and provide the facility to forecast and produce more accurate service charge estimates using previous years’ actual charges. All charging and collection of charges will continue to be processed by TCHG's housing management system. All processing of invoices will continue to be processed by TCHG's FMS.
