Vestvågøy kommune (Vestvågøy Municipality) needs a future-oriented digital tool that the municipality can use in financial planning, business management, reporting, reviews and analysis. Lot 1: The municipality needs a future-oriented digital tool that can be used in financial planning, business management, reporting, reviews and analysis. The solution must cover the entire municipal annual cycle with elements from the municipality's social component, KOSTRA/national analysis, strategy document, financial plan, business plan, preparation of action plan for climate and energy, detailed budget and wage budget, monthly reporting and interim reporting. The system must be able to facilitate integration with the municipality's financial system and also be able to ready the homepage for web publication of the municipality's governing document on the municipality's homepage from the municipal plan's community section. After researching the market, the municipality has concluded that there is only one supplier who can offer a comprehensive solution that meets the requirements of the municipality. Based on the surveys carried out by the municipality we have concluded that Framsikt AS’ solution is the only alternative for Vestvågøy Municipality that covers the municipality's requirements. The municipality intends to enter into a contract with Fremsikt AS, 10 days after the publication date, as long as no appeals are received.
