The provision of primary medical services for patients resident in or previously registered with a practice in the London Borough of Croydon that have been removed from another practice list due to an incident. Lot 1: Croydon Special Allocation Scheme Service for the London Borough of Croydon. GP contract regulations allow a GP practice to immediately remove a patient from their list following any incident where a GP or member of practice staff has feared for their safety or wellbeing, resulting in the incident being reported to the police.
