Endoscope washers to Sykehuset Østfold Trust [Østfold Hospital Trust]

Description

Procurement of pass through endoscope washers to Sykehuset Østfold HF [Østfold Hospital Trust]. This is a local contract, but with options to the other health trusts in the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. This option does not involve purchasing-obligation and other trusts in the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority can hold a contest themselves if so desired. The stated scope is an estimate for information to tenderers, and is not binding for the future contract volume. The stated consumption related to supplier-dependent consumables is an estimate for information to tenderers, and is not binding for future contract volume. Lot 1: Pass through endoscope washers will be procured, including the possibility to connect electronic tracing systems for scopes in relation to use, washing and storage (full traceability), in addition to an option for a service and maintenance contract, option for purchasing a system for the the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority’ over trusts, and a framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables (washing agents). Also an option to purchase drying cupboards. Good work flow that safeguards the best possible hygiene will be given emphasis. Reference checks/reference visits will be carried out as part of the evaluation. The contracting authority reserves to right to carry out reference checks/reference visits in relation to the tenders likely to win the contest. The estimated need for Østfold Hospital is purchase of three to four endoscope washers (minimum of six to eight scopes) to Østfold Hospital Trust Moss in 2022. It is also planned to purchase four to five single door endoscope washers to Kalnes during the four year contract period. Capacity: Currently approximately 5,000 scopes are performed each year in Moss. See the Requirement Specification and Price Form for a more detailed description. The options apply for Ahus HF, OUS HF, Sykehuset Innlandet HF, Sykehuset i Vestfold HF, Sykehuset Sørlandet HF, Sykehuset Telemark HF and Vestre Viken HF. The options are voluntary and the health trusts have the opportunity to announce their own contests if so desired. There will also be a framework agreement for supplier-dependent consumables. For supplier-dependent consumables the framework will apply for the lifetime of the equipment.
