ESPO is seeking to establish a national framework agreement (reference 257_16) for the supply of street lighting columns, traffic signal posts and street lighting equipment. Further information on the ‘lots’ can be found in the invitation to tender, along with detailed specifications. The framework is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Metal Street Lighting Columns and associated items 34928510 : Street-lighting columns 14622000 : Steel Lot 2: Wooden Street Lighting Columns and associated items 34928510 : Street-lighting columns 34928210 : Wooden posts Lot 3: Fibreglass / Composite Street Lighting Columns and associated items 34928510 : Street-lighting columns 14830000 : Fibreglass Lot 4: Traffic Signal Posts and associated items 34942100 : Signal posts Lot 5: Street Lighting Equipment and associated items 34928500 : Street-lighting equipment 31000000 : Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; Lighting 31711150 : Electrical capacitors 31500000 : Lighting equipment and electric lamps Full details on Lots are provided in the Invitation to Tender. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
