Greenfields is looking appoint up to five partners on a framework agreement to deliver Employers Agent and project management service on a number of residential new build schemes. The Framework Agreement will be open to Greenfields and PAE members (www.paessex.gov.uk) and will be set up on the basis that members may access by either a direct call-off procedure using the maximum price or by mini-competition on cost only for each works package.
