CdE - Provision of national consultancy services for Civil Court proceedings in Slovenia: training and awareness raising

The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Ensuring the best interests of the child in civil court proceedings in Slovenia’’. The general objective of the project is to support Slovenia in its efforts to design, develop and implement reforms in the field of child-friendly justice and protection of children’s rights. The project is running from 1 September 2023 to 28 February 2026 and is implemented by the Children’s Rights Division at the Council of Europe in close co-operation with the Slovenian Ministry of Justice. Lot 1: In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for consultants for the provision of national expertise as specified in the following Tender File and Act of Engagement: Establishing a comprehensive Action Plan to reform Slovenia’s legal, policy and institutional framework in the field of civil court proceedings involving children. Legal training and support of relevant professionals working in the field of civil court proceedings involving children in order to further uphold children’s rights by ensuring the best interests of the child.
