Request for Proposals CRM, programmes and grant management system

Description

Access - the Foundation for Social Investment ("Access") is seeking proposals for the supply, implementation, and ongoing support of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM), programmes, and grant management system. The system will need to support contact and account management, programmes and grants administration, event and conference management, advocacy and communications, reporting and analytics, and integrate effectively with office productivity and digital marketing tools. Suppliers are asked to propose a suitable software solution, outline their implementation approach (including project management, data migration, training, and risk management), provide licensing and support models, and supply details of relevant experience, staff, references, and indicative costs. Please note that the budget figure given in the notice is a lower limit, and we have not indicated a higher limit. However we will consider Value for Money as a key shortlisting criteria.
