SPM Architecture, Technical Design, Development & Governance - Lot 2

Description

Digital Delivery and Change has a requirement to place a contract with an external Service Provider for the provision of SPM Architecture, Technical Design, Development & Governance. Lot 2 SPM Business and Technical Design Services Lot 1: Core Service Areas – Lot 2 The Service Provider shall deliver the following (non-exhaustive list): - Impact Assessments - Customisations and configuration design, including governance - Code Reviews - SPM Technical Design Assurance and governance - Security Role management - Organisational Modelling - Batch Scheduling governance - Critical Defect Troubleshooting and management The Service Provider shall provide the following roles: - SPM Business Analysis - SPM Developer (build/Configuration /coding), - SPM Technical Architecture - SPM Business Architecture - SPM Technical Lead. There is an option to extend the term of the contract for up to 36 months. The estimated cost of such extension has been factored into the contract value stated above
