Description
The selection and provision of quality audits to a representative sample (10%) of properties owned or managed by Partick Housing Association which are subject to annual gas servicing and gas maintenance on a monthly basis. Partick Housing Association Ltd. wishes to contract with a single main contractor to carry out gas auditing work to 10% of the Association's gas centrally heated properties. The successful contractor must be able to provide suitably qualified directly employed gas engineers to carry out the full scope of the contract. The full requirements of the contract are set out in the Invitation to Tender Document.
